Returns and Refunds  

 

At Soumos, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur (Soumos) with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Is the product damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@soumos.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exceptions & Exclusions  

 

While most products can be returned, there are some exceptions:  

 

  • Custom-Made Items: Products that have been custom-made or tailored specifically for the customer cannot be returned or refunded. Since these items are designed according to personal preferences, they are exempt from the standard return policy. These products have a clear "Custom Made" label in the product catalog of the Soumos website.

  • Personalized Items: Products that have been customized, such as those with a person name or unique inscription, are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns for Customers Outside the European Union  

 

Customers located outside the European Union are still welcome to return their items, but there are a few differences in the policy:  

  • No Refund for Original Shipping Fees: Unlike EU customers, these customers will not be refunded the original shipping costs.  

  • Customs and Local Taxes: Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that were paid upon delivery are non-refundable. Customers should check with their local authorities regarding tax refunds.
